The ITSM 2010 Olympics!

With great surprise and delight I am proud to announce eight vendors contacted ServiceSphere with intentions to participate with the ITSM 2010 Olympics! 

This event has grown much larger than originally anticipated so we are changing the timing to benefit those involved and those who are working with “legal”!

The original goal of the ITSM Olympics was to create a one hour video demo with the same set of questions asked to each vendor.

Those videos would then be allowed to be viewed by each vendor for a final decision to be included.

The vendors who are participating in this adventure do not know of each other and will stay isolated until the unveiling of all vendor approved videos.

This level playing ground is created so that people who want software can look objectively at LEADERS in the ITSM software field who are genuinely interested in being transparent and open.

The era of the 1990’s and 2000 is dead.  Looking at software to help your Service Management should not be run by paid sponsors and corporate greed.

The ITSM 2010 Olympics is on!!

ServiceSphere will be reaching out to the vendors who have shown courage, transparency and true community for their presentations in January 2010. 

Thank you to everyone who is making a difference in restoring power back to the people who actually do the “work” in this time of social evolution.
