ITSM Industry Survey


Consulting-Portal announced the results of their fourth annual IT Service Management (ITSM) Industry Survey. The goal of the survey was to assess the state of ITSM implementation within the North American IT community and to share that information with the survey participants and other interested parties. They designed a set of 35 questions around what they believe are the critical success factors in any ITSM initiative, such as sponsorship; organization and governance; best practices; training; measurement and audit; continuous improvement; ITSM Tools. There were 183 participants who completed the survey and submitted their responses.
