Hate has Jumped The Shark

I'm really tired of HATE, on Twitter.  I know the word HATE is strong, so I do apologize.  The ITIL bashing, the social media and cloud orgies and the unmistakable gaffs in marketing on Twitter have reached a fevered pitch.

A marketing 101 reminder:

ITSM-Bites Tip- If hating on ITIL is the best you can do to further your own cause, you just furthered ITIL's.

Funny... The media says that all publicity, whether it be positive or negative, is good publicity in the end.

I wonder if it's the same in this case?
