You Sold Us Out!
Wednesday, December 1, 2010 at 5:45PM Today was a great day for ServiceSphere! After 18 months of working closely with itSMF USA, HDI and the entire ITSM / ITIL communities we have finalized an agreement with Pink Elephant to be acquired.

ServiceSphere’s pioneering approach to bridge social media with IT support has been global phenomenon that shows no signs of stopping.
With the global resources of Pink Elephant, ServiceSphere is now in a position to continue to bring exciting classes, professional services and events to the community and its partners.
What does this mean in the short term?
Nothing is going to change in the short term. You will still get your weekly podcast, we will still be at all the major events and tweeting the most BREAKING NEWS in IT.
On a personal note, I would like to thank my a few people for making this day possible.
1. HDI. In the 1990's when I was a small child, it was HDI training and conferences helped me find my tribe in the help desk world.!
2. itSMF USA. 2010 itSMF created a community podcast, reaffirmed their commitment to membership value. Truly historic moves in transparency and membership.
3. Twitter. If it were not for a simple desire to connect with ITSM and ITIL professionals globally, today would not have been possible.
4. My partner of 16 years Doug. I love you and thank you for helping me realize my dreams every day!
2011 is just around the corner, are you, your organization and profession ready for Social, Green, Mobile ITSM? Maybe, just maybe it’s not later than I feared.
