itSMF USA talks prISM

After interviewing Phyllis Drucker and Bob Sterbens at Fusion 09, people had a lot of questions about itSMF new program prISM.  

We were fortunate enough to chat with @dougtedder and @RobertSterbens from itSMF abou the new program.

Bob Sterbens

President- Elect itSMF USA

This is Bob’s third year on the national board for itSMF.  He is the heart and passion behind priSM.  As a board member, Bob’s focus this year includes:

  • Helping drive services and programs that improve member skills, abilities, and experience in service management
  • Fostering an engaging community dedicated to service management
  • Develop the brand awareness of itSMF

 

He’s the driver behind the new “Connect, Learn, Grow” mantra for itSMF USA and he means itJ

 

Doug Tedder

Doug has been active member of itSMF USA for five years.  This is Doug’s first year on the itSMF USA Board of Directors, leading the Interest Group and Membership Services Portfolio.  This portfolio is dedicated to:

  • Positive and valuable membership experiences.
  • Provides LIGs and SIGs the structure to create programs to recruit/encourage membership growth

He’s the “IG” guy…whether it’s SIGs or LIGs, he wants to make sure there is open, valuable lines of communications between the chapter and these groups, so that participants have a meaningful experience with itSMF USA.
