Show Notes and Links:

Guest James Finister - James has been hanging around the ITIL world waiting for something to happen since 1993 as a trainer, a consultant, and most importantly getting his hands dirty as an interim manager. He welcomes any enquiries about how he might be able to help your organization approach ITSM and IT governance from a pragmatic perspective.
He is heavily involved in ISO/IEC 20000 as a member of the ISO 15/-8 work group and increasingly entranced with the potential of ISO/IEC 38500.
He is also a qualified internal auditor but otherwise an OK guy who tweets as @jimbofin.

Great to hear James' voice at last. Maybe next year we'll meet.

Interesting point about mixing personal and business. Depends on the character/brand I guess. I asked followers if I should eliminate the personal element - 100% feedback (2 people) said they like seeing the person behind the ideas. Would be different for a company twitter channel I guess, or perhaps a personal element helps????

Can I get prISM CPDs for religiously listening to your podcast every week? I'll even take negative CPDs...I just want some kind of credit for my investment. And I'm still waiting for clarification on Delta Skymiles + CPD integration.
