Less Filling, More Taste, ITIL Lite: The Workshop Review

So I picked up the ITIL Lite book by Malcolm Fry the day it was released.  I went through it wondering what did all this mean, admittedly I didn’t give it the read I should have.  Then I was fortunate enough to be the guest at a ITIL Lite Workshop in New England.

The world came together as I sat and listened for hours to Malcolm in the workshop.

What we have here is a way to look at V3 and V2 and create templates that apply to our organizations.  Don’t be confused, you it would be difficult to benefit from this class you had never seen or heard of ITIL.

What this class and book do though is amazing.  If you are a v2 Fung Fu Fighter and a v3 guru or if you just know enough to sound intelligent, this book and moreover this workshop are the pieces of the puzzle that will make it all just work.

Thank you Malcolm and Cherwell Software for the pass to this event.

Look for Malcolm in the UK and the US as he does his ITIL Lite Workshop Tour!
