Mr. ServiceSphere Goes To Washington….Redmond.

As a selected member of the Microsoft Cloud Services (BPOS) CAB, I was fortunate enough to spend 3 days in Redmond, Washington a few weeks ago.  I learned a lot about how the biggest organization on earth handles changes, support and marketing of SaaS applications.  
Because of the NDA, I can’t say much about what I did see and learn, but I was allowed to record parts of my journey.
