With over 25 years of IT experience, David is considered one of the leading authorities in the area of ITSM. In 1997, David was responsible for developing and delivering the first ITIL Foundations course in North America, and later the same year, the first International IT Service Management Conference.  A regular presenter at conferences around the world, David offers insightful and practical solutions to real life issues in IT management.
