The ITSM Blind, leading the ....

The other day I read an article about children who are born deaf, and what they "hear" as they read, the article then went on to talk about the dreams of children born into blindness.

I wonder what support, IT Service Management and life would be like if we tried to communicate without form, shape or intentional meaning.  Would we be better as a community to focus on connecting to each other and groups free of intent, FUD and influence.

What would it look like if we connected without images and words.  I think it would be divine. Maybe the only people who can lead the blind, are the blind.
