Remember, remember, the fifth of November

I'll be arriving in London on November 5, 2011. Over the next 40 days I am fortunate enough to be speaking at the prestigious, itSMF UK Conference 2011, Service Desk Forum 2011 and ServiceNow Knowledge 2011.
These events are important to me as I wrap up a very exciting three years. If you happen to be in London or Frankfurt let’s try to catch up.
As for the topics I’ll be speaking on, well an industry adrift with “social media” and “cloud” FUD needs a little nudge. I’m coming to remind people just how I got to this point in my career.
