Collaborative Support Models for Internal and External IT Teams

it's that time a year!  itSMF Fusion USA, full of ITIL process, CMDB, framework fun! Ok, so I thought I'd play with concepts that didn't involve traditional IT, file systems and eliminate email from the work force.  It's possible I do it every day.
