Hi Guys,
another great and funny ITSM Weekly podcast. But wait, when I stopped subscribing the ITSM Weekly my impression was that as a garnish you were talking most time about career options, certification paths and events you must have been, but now my impression is that's all about Social Media and the latest tools and services (which is much more interesting).
I like this very much and i'm pretty sure that i will resubrice and start following you again.
