The concept of quantifying knowledge work, health, environment, and the other seven areas of my life, came from a presentation I created last year which has been updated. Most of the quantification is done using "low friction data collection"
Thanks to all those in the ITSM community that have helped me push the limits of what we are as tech professionals. We are more than processes, governance and rules. We are more than tickets, requests and tools.
