HDI Western Region ITSM Road Show

Eight cities, hundreds of HDI members, and one speaker. It started as a little idea early in the year by Bren Boody Thomas of the HDI Western region, a speaking tour of the West coast, which snowballed into a combination visit with the HDI Executive Forum in Dallas Texas!
