For weeks I have been digesting, contemplating and reviewing 2012 in my head, online and deep in my soul. Finally, two full weeks into the new year, I'm ready to give my review of the year in ITSM , IT Management and Enterprise Software.

It seems much like a dream but it was very real. Eight cities, two weeks and hundreds of HDI members were taken by storm as ServiceSphere sponsored by Zendesk and HootSuite stormed the western United States. The pictures, movie and slides speak for themselves.
