Events and Shows
ServiceSphere attends all the major industry tradeshows and many of the local user groups. We do this so we can bring news back to IT Service Managment professionals, who may not get the chance to get out. We enjoy learning what is new, and what is being "billed as new". Finally ServiceSphere loves to attend user groups and speak about hot button issues, with no attention to ourselves or "driving" sales. We do this because, best practices should not be a few good ideas wrapped in your companies latest sales target! See event reviews in our blog and "Travels with ServiceSphere" as well as ServiceSphere TV.
